Seven Gables has moved coastal. On Thursday, November 30th, we celebrated the Grand Opening of our new office in Corona Del Mar. Located off of the Pacific Coast Highway, we broke ribbon and toasted to the unrivaled relationship that has shaken the industry when we decided to partner a yacht brokerage with the most productive real estate company per agent in Orange County.
Over 100 people arrived at the office only blocks away from the Southern California coastline. The new office hosts Seven Gables’ latest adjoinment, Walter Johnson Yachts and Luxury Coast Lifestyle. Managed by Walter Johnson and Leeann Iacino, Walter Johnson Yachts offers a full suite of boat brokerage services to include sales, management, service, and charter. Luxury Coast Lifestyle is a concierge global luxury real estate brokerage partnering with Seven Gables Real Estate.
The location of the new office was, in fact, the old site of Roger’s Realty and this is no coincidence. Earlier this year, Roger’s Realty and Seven Gables Real Estate merged together to create an innovative agency offering that marries a luxurious coastal lifestyle with a long-standing tradition of success.
Roger’s Realty has been communicating the allure of Corona Del Mar while acting as a prominent fixture to the coastal lifestyle for well over 40 years. Roger Mckinnon has often been referred to as the “Mayor of Real Estate for Corona Del Mar” and is truly a real estate icon in Orange County.
