Family, harmony, connection and joy all within the comfort of our homes. Parents are becoming educators, living rooms double as gyms and birthday parties are now drive-by parades. As we continue to navigate the unknown, remaining calm and connected to what matters most is more important than ever.
Family is and always will be a number one priority for Seven Gables Real Estate. It’s what we are built from and now more than ever, it’s what we lean on. During the COVID-19 crisis, many of our own have faced school and daycare closures, left to navigate home schooling very suddenly. This has led Seven Gables to forming a School Initiative Committee to help ease the stress of Distance Learning.
The Committee’s primary focus is to be a resource for parents looking for guidance. Whether that be a tutor in Math or Reading, or organizational assistance to help keep kids on a daily schedule. The Committee has also compiled a list of useful apps and websites for learning and other fun activities to keep kids busy.
These activities and resources are available to our agents and staff, and we hope to share these with the community as well. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we will be posting scavenger hunt ideas, COVID-19 Time Capsule booklets and lots of other fun activities to engage your children during these slower times.
