As a previous Charter School Board Member, Jessica has her Master’s degree in Educational Administration and continues to regularly participate in fundraising programs with local schools and maintains and builds upon community partnerships. A fitness and outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling outside the country to learn about other cultures. In her free time she enjoys photography, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

What is Holistic Real Estate?


Holistic means encompassing the whole of a thing, and not just the part. For example, holistic medicine looks at the whole person for answers, not just at physical symptoms. In real estate, a holistic approach still utilizes all of the aspects of real estate for any purchase or sale; however, additional non-conventional resources are also taken into consideration to provide benefits to the Seller or Buyer in support of a healthy home and community. Some of these benefits include detailed information on proximity to power
lines, cell towers, superfund sites, toxic dumping, freeways, and high pesticide developments; information on non-toxic communities, drinking water, smart meters, grounded homes and feng shui; investigations which include mold, sewer, and CLUE reports; and interior design/product information such as EMF paint, indoor lighting, and cleaning products.
