There’s a lot of conversation in the real estate industry about artificial intelligence and automation. While technology certainly plays a role, our approach is different.
As Seven Gables CEO, Mike Hickman, shared at a recent industry event:
“AI is not our strategy at all. Our strategy is focus.”
Instead of replacing human interaction, we use technology to reduce administrative work so our managers can spend more time doing what matters most: coaching and supporting agents.
By streamlining routine tasks with AI, we estimate that our managers are now 24% more effective in how they use their time. For newly licensed agents, that translates into something incredibly valuable: more access to leadership, guidance, and mentorship.

This philosophy guides how we evaluate every new tool we introduce. If a piece of technology does not strengthen the relationship between agents and leadership, improve the client experience, or create more time for meaningful conversations, it simply does not make the cut.
Because while tools and technology will continue to evolve, the foundation of success in real estate will always come down to guidance, relationships, and great leadership.
