RISMedia, a leading source of U.S. real estate news and information services, announced its 2026 class of more than 300 Real Estate Newsmakers on RISMedia.com. These individuals will also be featured in the Q1 issue of Real Estate magazine.
Hall of Fame inductees represent a select group of five industry icons whose influence has helped shape the future of real estate.

Mike Hickman founded Seven Gables Real Estate in 1976 with a clear vision to build a brokerage rooted in relationships, innovation, and agent empowerment. Over the past five decades, he has guided the company to become one of Southern California’s most respected independent firms, recognized for its collaborative culture, integrated marketing, and commitment to doing what is right for clients.

Honoring the 2026 Hall of Fame Class
RISMedia will formally honor the 2026 Real Estate Newsmakers and induct the Hall of Fame class at the Annual Awards Gala during the 38th Annual CEO and Leadership Exchange. The event will take place September 30 through October 2, 2026, at the Fairmont Georgetown in Washington, D.C.
