A celebration of historic charm, community, and a spook-tacular evening!
A Storybook Setting
Nestled in the heart of Orange County is a neighborhood that feels like a storybook, Old Towne Orange. With its antique-lined streets, cozy cafés, and the iconic Plaza that has welcomed generations of residents, Old Towne offers more than a place to visit, it offers a way to belong. And each October, that charm gets a little more magical thanks to the annual Treats in the Streets festival.
A Bit of History
For more than a century, the Plaza has been the beating heart of Old Towne. Originally a tree-lined gathering spot, it grew into the hub of the historic district; built around a circle of commerce, community, and connection. Today, the neighborhood’s vintage storefronts and preserved architecture make it one of Orange County’s most beloved destinations.
When Halloween rolls around, the streets come alive with laughter, costumes, and the rustle of treat bags as the community comes together. Treats in the Streets has become one of the city’s most anticipated traditions.
What to Expect This Year
Families and neighbors will fill the streets surrounding the Plaza for an afternoon and evening of festive fun. Costumes are encouraged, candy is plentiful, and the atmosphere is pure fall magic. Local businesses will set up treat stations, offering goodies to trick-or-treaters of all ages.
We’ll be joining in on the fun at our Seven Gables Real Estate Orange office, ready to welcome you with plenty of treats and maybe a few surprises.
