Temporary Office Closures
We are closing all of our offices temporarily in an effort to keep employees, agents and our community safe and healthy. We will be transitioning to a Work From Home environment in order to still serve our clients. Agents will remain available, providing online and video consultations, live streaming property tours and sharing updates on all social media platforms. We will continue to monitor and adhere to the guidelines set forth by our local, state and national governments, as well as leading real estate industry associations.
Community Outreach & Assistance
To the best of our ability, we would like to assist the community and those in need during this time of crisis and unpredictability. If you find yourself in need of groceries or supplies or are unable to leave your home and in need of assistance, please reach out to us, day or night. Virtual Tours, Showings & Open Houses
In an effort to utilize every form of digital communication, Seven Gables will be offering virtual open houses, tours and showings to clients. Professional photographers will be offering their services to create edited, 60 second videos including a walk through of the interior and exterior, including drone footage.
Virtual Client Meet & Chats
Our agents and leadership team will be utilizing programs such as Google Chat and Google Meet to stay connected while working from home or remotely. Both programs are available to all Seven Gables associates and is a great way to communicate and assist clients through their home buying and selling process.
Full Cleaning & Sanitization of Properties
While on-site showings, meetings and open houses are still permitted, Seven Gables will be taking extreme precautions to keep the health and safety of the community #1 on the priority list. In order to accomplish this, after any on-site showings or open houses, a cleaning service will be provided in an effort to disinfect and sterilize the property for the next showing or open house.
