A few years back, Seven Gables agent Kim Harvey was introduced to a new client from Colorado who was looking for a two-week vacation rental in Newport Beach. Although Kim wasn't able to find her client the perfect two-weekvacation rental because VRBO had a broader array of offerings, when her client came out to Newport, they met up to see a house on Oceanfront on the Newport Peninsula. They walked out of the front door and her client was ready to buy it.
They closed on the deal and her client was able to enjoy the home for two years until she decided it was time for a change and asked Kim to relist their vacation home for 5.6 million.
"I called every realtor I knew on the coastline before we put the home back on the market," said Kim.
