With a background rooted in custom cabinetry and construction, Ninive Parga brings a uniquely hands-on approach to real estate—one shaped by years of envisioning transformations and managing projects from concept to completion. Born in Orange County and raised in Anaheim, Ninive spent her childhood working for her father's custom cabinetry business, which took her into some of Southern California's most distinguished neighborhoods—from Anaheim Hills and Villa Park to Irvine, Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, San Juan Capistrano, and Mission Viejo. This early exposure fostered a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the diverse character each community offers. When her family moved to Norco—known as "Horsetown USA"—Ninive experienced a completely different lifestyle centered around ranch living and wide-open spaces, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what makes a home truly resonate with a client's goals and lifestyle.

Before earning her real estate license in January 2020, Ninive honed her skills as a property manager and project coordinator for a private investor, a role she held for five years. She managed residential properties, oversaw ground-up construction projects in Corona and Riverside, coordinated material specifications and budgets, and worked directly with city and county officials for permit approvals. She also managed an Airbnb in Temecula Wine Country and contributed to project coordination for a local winery—experiences that sharpened her ability to anticipate needs, manage timelines, and deliver seamless results under pressure.

Today, Ninive specializes in the North Orange County communities of Brea, Placentia, and Anaheim Hills, where she is building strong local expertise and lasting relationships. As her client base grows, she is expanding into South Orange County to serve buyers and sellers seeking elevated living and lifestyle. Fluent in Spanish, Ninive provides a seamless, bilingual experience for a diverse range of clients. Her approach is client-centered and results-driven, guided by proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency at every stage of the transaction.

Ninive's desire to build long-lasting relationships and empower clients with confidence in their investments drives everything she does. Outside of real estate, Ninive enjoys spending time with her family, painting, playing pickleball with her husband, taking her daughter to the park, and traveling to her family's ranch in Mexico—a place that reminds her to slow down and appreciate the simple things.
