PERSONAL STATEMENT
I’m Margaret Garemore, a Broker-Associate with Seven Gables Real Estate in Monrovia. With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve built my career on a foundation of integrity, in-depth market knowledge, marketing expertise, and strong negotiation skills. These qualities, paired with a genuine passion for helping others, shape how I thoughtfully approach every client and transaction.
I grew up in Alhambra and graduated from Occidental College with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Comparative Literature. My journey into real estate began in 1997 after buying my first home and discovering my love of real estate. Since then, I’ve spent nearly three decades working in Monrovia, Pasadena, and the North San Gabriel Valley helping clients buy and sell homes. Over the years, I’ve developed a client-first approach focusing on accessibility, communication, and a dedication to making each transaction seamless.
In addition, I trained at the Straus Institute through Pepperdine Law School to become a real estate Mediator. This training gave me the knowledge and understanding to effectively, intentionally, and strategically negotiate on behalf of my clients.
