I’m Margaret, a Broker Associate with Seven Gables Real Estate. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve built my career on a foundation of integrity, in-depth market knowledge, marketing expertise, and strong negotiation skills. These qualities, paired with a genuine passion for helping others, shape how I approach every client and transaction. I grew up in Alhambra and graduated from Occidental College with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. My journey into real estate began in 1997 after buying my first home and finding my love of real estate. Since then, I’ve spent nearly three decades working in Monrovia, Pasadena, and the North San Gabriel Valley, helping clients buy and sell homes. Over the years, I’ve developed a client-first approach that focuses on accessibility, communication, and a dedication to making each transaction seamless. In addition to real estate, I trained with the Straus Institute through Pepperdine Law School to become a real estate Mediator. This training allows me to handle real estate disputes effectively, offering solutions that help clients move beyond the conflict. I am pleased to offer top-quality, personal service to my clients and I strive to do more than just facilitate transactions.
