My Philosophy Selling real estate successfully requires wearing a number of different hats: Listener, advisor, guide, negotiator, intermediary, counselor, project director, space planner, crew boss and sometimes even the crew! That’s why I keep my philosophy of selling homes simple: Know the market, know the contract, tell the truth to everyone involved, be professional, earn my compensation through hard work and be available and caring to my clients. The results are repeat business from clients and their family members, referrals from those who have worked with me, and respect and friendship from other agents and affiliates in the real estate community. Professional Experience and Achievements I became a licensed Realtor in 1986 and specialize in residential listings and sales, property leases, investments and tax deferred exchanges. During my three decades with Seven Gables, I have been honored to receive sales achievement and recognition awards that include the firm’s “Hall of Fame Award”, given to agents who rank as top sales achievers for five years or more based on productivity; the “Agent Choice Award”, selected by industry colleagues; and the “Marketing Innovation & Excellence Award.” Recent accolades are President and Chairman Circle designations and recognition as a Top Individual Agent in the Tustin office for 2024 production.
