Joann's real estate career took off in the Chicago market, where she served clients throughout the city and suburbs for over two decades, earning Century 21's prestigious Emerald Award in 2005. Now based in California with an active license in both states, Joann is building her practice in the San Gabriel Valley with the same dedication and integrity that defined her success in Illinois. She believes in thorough preparation: before any transaction begins, she sits down with buyers for detailed consultations covering pre-approval, neighborhood fit, school districts, commute times, and lifestyle priorities, ensuring clients make informed, confident decisions. Deeply rooted in the Glendora community, Joann serves as a volunteer chaplain at a hospital in Upland, sits on the Glendora Chamber of Commerce board, and is an active member of her church. She completed the Glendora Police Department's nine-week Citizens Police Academy, gaining valuable insight into the community she serves. When she's not working with clients, Joann loves to bake, regularly sharing her creations with neighbors, her church community, and colleagues at Seven Gables—a reflection of her generous, people-first nature.
