A lifelong Orange County resident, Jessica grew up in Irvine, earned her degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, San Diego, and has since lived in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Mission Viejo, and North Tustin. Her firsthand experience across multiple Orange County communities gives her a unique understanding of the neighborhoods, lifestyles, schools, and long-term value that matter most to buyers and sellers.

Before transitioning into real estate, Jessica built a successful decade-long career in corporate finance at Anduril Industries and General Atomics. Her analytical background allows her to help clients evaluate market trends, pricing strategies, and financial considerations with confidence and clarity.

Jessica’s passion for real estate began through her own experience as a first-time homebuyer. Having personally navigated the excitement, uncertainty, and emotions that come with purchasing a home, she is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers feel informed and supported every step of the way. Her clients appreciate her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to providing honest guidance throughout the entire process.
