Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs in the hospitality and entertainment industry, Gilda was instilled with an independent spirit and a willingness to take risks early on. While still in college, she enrolled in real estate courses and quickly realized that the industry offered the perfect balance of challenge, personal connection, and opportunity. After earning her license, she began working part-time as a sales associate while maintaining a job with a utility company. "People see me as a successful agent, but they don’t always realize the years of hard work and persistence it took to build my business," she reflects. Her dedication paid off, and even her supervisors at the utility company encouraged her to pursue real estate full-time, recognizing her natural talent for the profession.
Gilda attributes her success not only to timing but also to her tenacity and ability to connect with people. "I’ve always been a go-getter who loves working with all kinds of people," she explains. "Understanding my clients and what makes them tick is my first priority. Building trust and relationships comes first—handling the transaction comes after that. That’s how I run my business, and it’s always felt natural to me."
Since joining Seven Gables in 2005, Gilda has continued to push herself to new levels of professionalism and service. She values the company’s strong support system and the motivation that comes from working alongside top-tier agents. Looking back on her career, she never expected to achieve the level of success she has. "It hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve stayed committed to my clients and my work," she says. "My focus has always been on providing the highest level of service, keeping my word, and delivering the best possible results. It’s how I would want to be treated, and that’s what drives me every day."
Specializing in the communities of Anaheim Hills and Orange, Gilda has also helped clients buy and sell homes from La Quinta to Los Angeles. As a listing agent, she understands that success goes beyond just marketing properties—it’s about consistent communication and building confidence with her clients. "I stay in touch through phone calls and provide market updates to keep my clients informed," she says. "Customers have questions, and it’s our job as REALTORS® to answer them, educate them, and earn their trust. Trust isn’t given—it’s earned. And that’s always my goal.
