Born and raised in sunny Phoenix, Arizona, Cj Kasko brings a warm, down-to-earth approach and a sharp eye for detail to every real estate transaction. A proud Summa Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University, Cj combines a strong academic background with a natural passion for homes, people, and the art of negotiation.

Since planting roots in Huntington Beach in 2019, Cj has fallen in love with the coastal lifestyle—and helping others do the same. Whether it’s navigating complex contracts or finding the perfect fit for a client’s dream lifestyle, Cj is known for her dedication, integrity, and the ability to make the process smooth (and even fun!).

Outside of real estate, Cj runs her own jewelry company, lovelylemon. She also enjoys being active in women’s ministry, exploring new coffee shops, learning new languages, and spending time with her family, her husband, and their Yorkie, Coco.
