My path into real estate didn't start with a license — it started behind the scenes. Before becoming a licensed agent in 2016, I worked as a Transaction Coordinator, managing more than 100 residential transactions from contract to close. I've been inside the paperwork, the contingencies, the lender hiccups, the escrow surprises, and the negotiation moments that decide whether a deal closes smoothly or falls apart. By the time I earned my own license, I had already seen nearly every scenario a buyer or seller could encounter.
