As a fourth-generation REALTOR® with Seven Gables Real Estate in Newport Beach, Brooklynn grew up surrounded by market conversations, community relationships, and the kind of coastal industry know-how most agents spend an entire career assembling. Stepping into that legacy in February 2021, she brought with her decades of family-built vendor relationships, trusted lenders, contractors, and community connections — an infrastructure her clients now benefit from on day one.

Brooklynn specializes in Newport Beach and works fluently across Southern California's coast, having contributed to dozens of transactions from Santa Barbara to San Diego. She represents buyers and sellers in equal measure and moves comfortably across the full coastal price spectrum: entry-level coastal condos and townhomes in the $800K–$1.5M range, core single-family homes from $1.5M to $4M, luxury properties between $4M and $8M, and ultra-luxury waterfront estates above $8M. Whether clients are searching for a first home or listing a generational waterfront property, she brings the same diligence to every price point.

Her process is relationship-based and detail-driven. Before ever showing a property, Brooklynn takes a deep interest in understanding a client's priorities, timeline, and budget. That same conviction extends beyond real estate. In 2016, Brooklynn co-founded Soley Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Cité Soleil, Haiti. Alongside her family, she has helped put more than 60 students through school, launched micro-finance business programs, opened women's health clinics, and funded ongoing scholarships. When she's not with clients or working with Soley, she's road biking along the coast, traveling, or spending time near the ocean that shaped her.
