Barbie Garcia brings a fresh perspective and deep local knowledge to the world of residential real estate. Born and raised in Orange County, she has lived in Anaheim Hills, Balboa Island, Buena Park, and Villa Park—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the area's unique neighborhoods and communities.

Before launching her real estate career, Barbie honed her client service skills as a Sales Associate and Ready-to-Wear Specialist for Coach at South Coast Plaza. Her background in luxury retail helped shape her client-focused, detail-driven approach, which she now applies to every transaction.

Barbie officially became a licensed Realtor® in August 2024. She specializes in residential real estate and brings with her a strong foundation in the industry—having grown up in a family of seasoned professionals. Her mother, a broker with over 27 years of experience, inspired Barbie’s passion for real estate through years of home flipping and investment in commercial properties.
