Mark Sandford has been dedicated to the real estate profession since 1976 and remains one of Seven Gables’ and Orange County’s most respected and accomplished agents. A lifelong Orange County resident, Mark attended El Modena High School before earning a baseball scholarship to Chapman University. After college, he signed a professional contract with the Kansas City Royals, carrying the discipline and drive of a professional athlete into his real estate career.

In 2024, Mark was honored with the President’s Circle Award. Building on that momentum, in 2025 he earned both the Amazing Climb Award and the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Award — a testament to his continued production, leadership, and commitment to excellence.

Married to his wife Julie since 1981, Mark is the proud father of two grown children, Jimmy and Megan. With decades of experience and deep community roots, he continues to serve his clients with integrity, expertise, and unwavering dedication.
