Honey Stop the Car!!!! While a little TLC is required this lovely home has great bones and all systems are in great condition. The location is exceptional while being tucked back in the corner of this little HOA. Speaking of HOA, all the amenities are right in the backyard of this lovely home. School across the street, Community Park right next door and an awesome little fountain/stream in the backyard which provides a setting that is immeasureable.
