Like many places on the West Coast, we’ve seen Southern California transform over the decades into an incredibly desirable central hub made of job opportunities, a coastal playground, endless activities to do at the tip of your fingers, and so much more. That being said, there’s a general lack of housing inventory in the Orange County market. This, in turn, has caused a rise in new home developments in our area.

For real estate agents, these new home developments offer additional potential income. Many of the developments provide commissions as high as $50,000 to $100,000 when agents bring buyers to their neighborhoods.

Here are a few of the new home developments that we have our sights on:

Auburn Heights, Anaheim Hills

An intimate collection of sixty two story homes that range from 1,500 to 2,031 square feet with Spanish exterior architecture located in Anaheim Hills. The Community houses range from 1,5000 square feet to 2,031 square feet in size, have up to four bedrooms and three baths and some feature lofts.

The homes’ stunning exteriors and refined detailing will make a dramatic first impression.

An underpass to the Jeffrey Open Space Trail invites outdoor adventure. Families have access to excellent Irvine Unified schools, plus Eastwood Elementary is just steps from the neighborhood.

the affluent city of Irvine is home to big names in technology and several higher education institutions. The layout of Irvine is divided into beautifully clean townships called villages, in which greenbelts, ecological preserves and bicycle corridors line artificial lakes and highly functional city centers.
