In honor of National Team Manager Day, we are proud to feature one of our Office Managers, Jeremy Lehman!

Where did you grow up? Garden Grove, CA

How did you get into the real estate industry? I was hired on as a Real Estate Technology Trainer at 23 years old by Orange Coast Title Company with zero background in real estate, technology and education. This was the first job I was able to develop and grow, and I couldn’t wait to go to work each day. I quickly found that I had a passion for personal development and helping others grow which lead me to the position I am in today. I also fell in love with real estate sales because it was such a personal business.

What aspect of the real estate industry are you most passionate about? Without a doubt, client services is my biggest passion. I believe our clients deserve an incredible real estate experience!

What is your favorite Thanksgiving tradition? I have a large family and getting everyone together for the holidays is something I always look forward to. Spending the day at my parent’s home, eating deviled eggs, watching football and playing with all the kids is a time-honored tradition.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I have a wife and 4 children and these days, having quality time with them can be a challenge, so I really love to spend as much of my free time with them as I can. We love the outdoors (as long as the mosquitos are kept to a minimum) and almost any activity that gets us outside. This may include camping, traveling, snowboarding, riding bikes, hiking, etc. Recently we purchased a travel trailer so we can now “glamp” in style. The family is all in!

Do you participate in any charity events or community organizations? I’m a Planning Commissioner for the City of Garden Grove and I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Pacific West Association of Realtors.

Bucket list vacation? I like to visit places with history that I can explore and Italy is currently at the top of my list.

Favorite type of food? It’s no secret that I love food. BBQ anything has always held the top spot on my list with Italian food coming in at a close second.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received? “What you focus on expands” – I’m lucky to have been given loads of great advice by people I respect in my short career however, this phrase has had the most impact. My first Ninja Installation in 2014 was a game changer for me and this advice was dispensed on day 1. I’m sure I have heard it hundreds of times, in one form or another, but it truly resonated this time.
