Seven Gables is a marketing and technology-driven real estate agency committed to curating innovative market insights and challenging the status quo. The agents make up the heart of the company and embrace the reasons Seven Gables is different from the rest.

Held annually, Seven Gables hosts an Awards and Recognition Event to honor the hard-working agents at the firm who all share a set of core values that runs deeper than the Western Pacific Ocean.

We might be biased, but we must say, this isn’t your typical “sit in a dark room and clap when you have to, accept your award and get out as quick as you can” event. It’s quite the opposite. Seven Gables agents love what they do and that energy radiates in a room packed with colleagues, friends, mentors and familiar faces. The setting was overlooking the beautiful Southern California Coastline and most every Seven Gables agent was in attendance.

Awards and recognitions like the Lifetime Achievement Award, Best Overall Marketshare Award along with awards that reflect the company’s core values like the Have Fun Award, Embrace Learning Award, and so many more were given out at the event this month.

Both Jeanie Cooper and Lisa Gruebel were recognized for the dedication to Seven Gables having both been with the company for over 30 years.

Two notable awards were given to the young agent, Eric Minters. He accepted the Be Kind, Respectful & Compassionate achievement along with the Rising Star award.

“Receiving these two awards is a truly humbling and gratifying experience,” said Minters. “Working with Seven Gables has reinforced my beliefs that being authentic and simply giving your clients the same level of service yourself would expect goes a long way. Having an extraordinary team that aligns with my core values takes us over the top.”

Carolynn Santaniello was recognized with the core value award of Embracing Learning alongside her Ten Year work Anniversary award, now that’s dedication!

Alison Lane received the Most Engaged award, recognizing her commitment to her clients.

“The positive family environment at Seven Gables is so special,” said Lane. “Colleagues and management all celebrate everyone’s success and there is incredible support throughout the company. I was so honored to receive this award and acknowledgment for my commitment to my client’s needs. I always try my best to do what is right for my clients and I think that creates a positive mutual respect relationship based on trust and integrity, all core values of Seven Gables Real Estate.”

Sally Picciuto was recognized in front of her colleagues and peers for the Do What You Say Award which recognizes just that. We all know how important following through with what you say you will do is. Especially in a fast-paced real estate market.

“I am humbled by the thoughts of my colleagues on receiving this award,” said Picciuto. “I am proud to be affiliated with the family at Seven Gables who have provided me with endless support and encouragement over the years. Every day I realize how blessed I am!”

Gilda Johnson is relatively new to Seven Gables, and we are so proud to have her alongside our team hard-working agents. At the awards, she was recognized as the Overall Top Producing Agent in Anaheim Hills.

“I do love the fact that in 2017 I was able to help a lot of people achieve their dreams and their needs with their home sale or purchase,” said Johnson. “I try my best with each one of my clients and put myself in their shoes during the transaction treating them how I would want to be treated.  I appreciate that as a result I was recognized as the Overall Top Agent at Anaheim Hills Office.”

Seven Gables agent, Jerry Jervis, had one incredible year last year as he developed a program called the Sell a House Build a House where agents could donate a portion of their home earnings to help build homes for those in need in impoverished areas of Haiti. It only makes sense that he achieved the Everyone Matters Award.

“It was quite a surprise to receive this award. I think giving back and helping those who cannot help themselves is something that should be woven not only into everyone’s life but also the life of every business,” said Jervis. “Seven Gables has that ‘giving back’ fabric woven into who they are as a Company. Mike and the team’s openness and excitement for our project in Haiti is such an encouragement not only to me, but to our friends in Haiti. We may not be able to change the whole world, but we can change someone’s world.”

Amongst so many further awards, we are proud of our agents’ hard work, driven spirit and most of all, their dedication to our company’s shared core values to always do our best and love what we do at the same time.
