Seven Gables Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Lehman as branch manager for our new South Huntington Beach and Talbert offices and Jerry Jervis as branch manager for our Anaheim Hills location.
Jeremy Lehman previously served as branch manager of the Anaheim Hills office and he is excited for this new opportunity.
“I’m passionate about helping our agents navigate an increasingly challenging and competitive real estate market and giving our clients the best chance of winning. My focus for our offices is simple; continue to build a company culture of success, help develop our agents and selectively grow our company with quality people,” says Jeremy.
Jeremy is committed to fulfilling Seven Gables’ company mission of helping agents maximize their full potential and enhancing consumer experiences. Mike Hickman, President and CEO of Seven Gables Real Estate, has this to say about Jeremy,
“Jeremy is exceptionally talented in a myriad of fields, including technology driven productivity and coaching. His infectious personality combined with his strong leadership skills is a winning combination. Plus, his attendance at the Maestro Leadership Forum will prove invaluable to the team he is leading. This could not be better exemplified than Jeremy being asked to be an Inman Conference Ambassador this summer in San Francisco.”
Jerry Jervis is a third generation real estate broker who brings over 25 years of experience to his new role.
“Realtors continue to do the same things, achieving the same results, because they don’t know things can be different. This business is about giving, not getting. My grandfather taught me that if you take care of the people, the people will take care of you. This belief is what has fostered my success over the years and I look forward to bringing this new energy to an already successful office,” says Jerry.
These leadership changes will bring fresh ideas and new opportunities to these three offices. It’s an exciting time for Seven Gables as the company continues to expand it’s reach throughout Orange County, making an even greater impact on the Southern California real estate market.
