Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Seven Gables Real Estate!

‘Ireland with Michael’ Online Concert 2021

Hosted by Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa, “Ireland with Michael is a wonderful new Celtic show taped in front of a live audience of 750 people at the National Opera House in Wexford, Ireland. This never before seen show features the Irish Concert Orchestra, 2 choirs, singers and musicians from all over Ireland, joining renowned Irish singer Michael Londra in a celebration of Irish culture, heritage and music for Saint Patrick’s Day.” Visit their website to purchase tickets.

Virtual Comedy Show – St. Patty’s Day Drinking Game “I’LL DRINK TO THAT”

Hosted via Zoom tonight from 6:30-7:30 PST, “This unique drinking game-themed comedy show features four standup comedians who will be given difficult words to work into their routines… This lineup will feature national touring comics Jimmy Callaway and Peter Liu, along with Time Out LA’s Top Listed comics Julia Austin and Katrina Davis.” For tickets and more info, click here.

Through March 29, Applebee’s is featuring two new St. Patrick’s $5 “Saintly Sips” on the menu. The “Tipsy Leprechaun” features tea with Jameson Irish Whiskey, melon liqueur, blue curacao, sweet & sour and lemon lime soda. And “Pot O’ Gold Colada” is piña colada blend with Captain Morgan and mango. Details here.

Bar Louie (The District in Tustin)

Head to Bar Louie this St. Patrick’s Day to sip on $4 green beer, $7 Jameson and $8 Irish Slammers all day.

Billy’s at the Beach (Newport Beach)

Billy’s at the Beach is celebrating the spirit of Ireland with Irish bites and festive mai tais. Indulge in traditional corned beef and cabbage; or a savory pastrami ruben sandwich made with housemade sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Billy’s 1000 Island spread on rye bread. Guests can also toast to the Irish over fish and chips made with Hawaiian Ono, a fan-favorite dish from Billy’s permanent menu. On St. Patrick’s Day, the aloha eatery is turning its signature mai tais green in celebration of the holiday. Reservations are recommended.

Boudin SF (Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Irvine, & Santa Ana)

The San Francisco-based bakery is once again featuring its raisin-studded Irish soda bread for St. Patrick’s Day in a 1.5-pound loaf ($7.49). For those in need of a sweet treat, try the iced shamrock cookies available in packs of three ($8.19). Call and pre-order soda bread to ensure availability.

Center Hub Bar at Trade (Irvine)

Center Hub Bar is adding extra spirit to your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations with its $12 holiday special, which includes a bottle of Guinness and a shot of Jameson whiskey. This lucky deal will be offered along with Center Hub’s signature selection of creative hand-crafted cocktails, boutique wines and draft beers.

Harp Inn Irish Pub- St. Patrick’s Day Menu & Music (Costa Mesa)

All day they will be serving Corned Beef & Cabbage, Fish & Chips, as well as Shepherds Pie. Beginning at noon there will be music by Trooper Thorn with Bag Pipers throughout the day. By the evening, there will be music by Sonoramics.

Lawry’s Carvery (South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa)

Stop by Lawry’s for its $17 limited-time St. Paddy’s Day special to take home to the family. The special features a classic Irish corned beef platter with hearty spiced meat served with steamed cabbage, roasted red potatoes and glazed carrots. Call to place an order.

Paul Martin’s American Grill (Irvine Spectrum)

For only $29, save yourself the trouble of cooking with a two-course St. Patrick’s Day prix-fixe meal from Paul Martin’s. The meal starts with a seasonal house salad followed by the corned beef, which is slow-braised with onions and beer for over five hours until tender. Sides to go along with the corned beef are baby carrots, cabbage and red potatoes. Enjoy it on the outdoor patio or order for takeout.
