Arturo “Art” Varela and his associates bring a wealth of knowledge to Orange County real estate. His 10 years of practice as a broker with over 400 residential real estate (RE) transactions include, but not limited to, financing, investor valuations, purchases, listings, marketing, negotiating, short sales, REOs, rehabbing properties (construction), building investor portfolios, REITs, title and legal matters. His loyalty and duty to his clients and to the community are evident in his continued relationships and with the several positions he holds as a board member with the Harbor View Elementary Dads (non-profit), member of a small investment club and as a Coach. Prior to his success in real estate he enjoyed an 11year career as a GMP Production Manager (B.S., Chemistry, San Diego State University) for a 20,000 sqft state of the art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in San Diego, CA. Art was born and raised in Palm Springs, CA and has resided in Corona del Mar and East Bluff for the last 15 years.
