Three decades ago, we opened the doors to Seven Gables Real Estate intent on building a real estate brokerage with one goal in mind – to offer the community an elite class of experienced professionals who rank among the industry’s finest in the area.

As company founders, our reasons were simple: Aspire to be different than other brokerages by creating something we would expect from any service or sales business we employed.

To achieve this goal and deliver on the promise we made to our customers and to ourselves, we choose to remain steadfastly focused on the prominent niche markets we know and specialize in, rather than attempt to be all knowing about the market.

As a boutique company deeply rooted in the community, we understand that the success we’ve enjoyed is carefully cultivated and preserved by the unequivocal standard of professional excellence among our agent population. We prefer to be smaller and finer rather than larger and unable to keep to the promises we make or control the quality of our service. As such, we faithfully resist recruiting from the mass entrance of new agents into the marketplace.
