The partnership will follow their innovative business model, combining a progressive yacht brokerage with a luxury real estate brokerage.
Erin Nelson of Pacific Real Estate Center brings extensive real estate experience in the Point Loma and San Diego Harbor areas, as well as knowledge of yachts and boating. Having grown up in Ocean Beach Point Loma, she is as local as one can get and has a deep understanding of the many micro communities that make up that coastal region. And as an active member of the San Diego Yacht Club and Kona Kai Club, she lives and breathes the coastal lifestyle.

Nelson, along with Walter Johnson Yachts’ salesman, Chris Winnard, will head up the San Diego team. Winnard, a lifelong yachtsman, has spent much of his life in San Diego, racking up multiple national titles and competing in several world championships. He was even awarded Yachtsman of the Year in 2002 by the San Diego Association of Yacht Clubs. He is currently an active member of the Mission Bay Yacht Club and works with the board to promote events and bring more people into the boating family.
This partnership allows Walter Johnson Yachts and Luxury Coastal Lifestyle to expand their reach from Santa Barbara to San Diego, serving all Southern California harbors.
