As we near the end of 2015, the Orange County Real Estate Market is closing as one of the best in the past 10 years.  That is great news for all of the homeowners who have now regained most all of the equity that was lost in the most recent economic downturn.  The luxury market in Orange County comprising those homes over $1,000,000 has experienced tremendous growth and activity with pended sales up over 42.2%, an increase of the sale of more than 128 homes over the past year.

Currently, something very interesting is happening in luxury markets.  

The market is more globally diverse and the buyers are more technology enabled which has raised the bar in the way we present properties for sale.  In today’s competitive real estate market, buyers are more likely to come from a different city, state or even another country. More than ever, success in effectively marketing properties results from casting a much wider net into the “global sea of buyers.”

While this might seem to be an easy task, choosing the best real estate brokerage services company to market and present your property remains a challenge.  Every brokerage company claims market dominance.  But this is not always the case.  Selecting the most effective company to market a property is paramount to getting the most amount of money for the property, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of hassle.

Once again, we are proud to report that Seven Gables took top honors as ranked by industry experts, REAL Trends for 6 out of the 8 categories for their website www.sevengables.com.   Five technology experts narrowed down the 750 entries to the top 25 after seventy judging panelists made up of real estate chief technology and marketing officers from across the United States voted on the best websites in each of the eight categories.  “No other company in Orange County was honored with being ranked in 6 of the 8 scoring categories”, according to Hickman.  “We created our site from a consumer’s perspective, for ease of use, quality and information delivered.”
