In 2014 Jacen, became a co-owner of Staged Spaces, which has greatly benefited his clients properties. Jacen noticed that within the real estate industry, there had been a renaissance in home staging, and that is where he shines. Not only is he a passionate and caring realtor, Jacen takes his creative skills and helps clients expertly stage their home, which has been statistically shown to increase offers & selling price. In his free time, Jacen spends time with his partner and their 4 children, or staying active outdoors and coaching for his children’s softball team.
