Erin Barry is a Southern California native, born in Pasadena and raised throughout
Southern California. Her love for architecture and her family's background in real
estate ultimately drew her to the industry. With certifications in "At Home with
Diversity" and "Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource," as well as GREEN and
Performance Management Resource (PMN) designations, Erin is well-equipped to
assist her clients with a variety of real estate transactions. Erin's ability to see
beyond the "bones" of a house and envision its potential has earned her a reputation
as a skilled real estate agent. She is dedicated to providing targeted marketing for
each unique listing and takes the time to listen to her clients' needs in order to guide
them towards their goals and objectives.
She is also deeply involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for
both Orange County REALTORS and the California Association of REALTORS, as well
as the National Association of REALTORS Federal Taxation Committee. Additionally,
Erin is currently the 2023 Vice President for Smart Coast California, a non-profit
organization that advocates for local needs to be addressed in Local Coastal
Programs. When she's not working or volunteering, Erin enjoys traveling with her
husband, scuba diving, and appreciating the beauty of the California coast. Erin has
been married to her husband Brent for 27.5 years and they have two furry children,
Gidget and Bodhi, whom they rescued 11 years ago.
Erin's commitment to her clients goes beyond just buying and selling homes. She
recognizes that for many people, purchasing a home is the most important
investment they will make in their lives, and she approaches each transaction with
the utmost care and respect.
